Classes and ticket rate to be fixed at the Cinema hall shall be as prescribed by the Ministry from time to time, by a Notification published in the Nepal Gazette. Provided that, the exhibitors may fix the ticket rate for different classes to be fixed at "A" class fully air conditioned cinema hall subject to the limitation approved by the Ministry. If the exhibitors fix such a ticket rate, it shall be immediately informed to the Ministry, Board and Local District Administration Office
